I cannot register and/or the Module Manger is empty. I get an error that RiskScape cannot communicate with the server

If neither work, then this is either a proxy issue and/or a firewall issue.
  1. The proxy must allow HTTPS traffic and connections on the standard HTTPS port 443. Some firewalls are very restrictive so even if you have entered the correct proxy information, the secure connections we have implemented for our services may be blocked. Please check with your IT department and direct them to this page on this wiki: Information for IT departments
  2. Your firewall must allow the domain to be excluded from the DPI-SSL packet inspection, because our reverse proxy actually responds as to the incoming urls.
